New Warehouse Witney

Works have begun on this new warehouse for Tolent Construction.

Tolent have already completed a previous unit for Chris Hayter Transport and have been asked to return for another build so clearly a happy client.

Works have begun with the construction of the new access road and hard standing which will hold all the site cabins.

Works on the site strip have begun with the arrival of a D6 dozer and a 14T excavator.

The 1st phase of work will fill roughly 50 skips with wild grass and overgrowth. We then have a 300mm topsoil strip before the main reduce dig commences.

All vegetation was pushed up using the dozer then riddled to minimise our weight for the green waste.

The cut and fill was then done with both the excavator and dozer in tandem.

We then excavated all of the concrete pads which had a reinforced cage and RC40 concrete.
